The Constitution was also supported by Motiejus Biržiška, the ancestor of Mykolas Biržiška, the signatory of the February 16 Act of Independence. This document declared respect for human rights.\nOn this occasion, St. The Christopher Chamber Orchestra has prepared a program of Lithuanian and Polish composers, which will include works by Mieczysław Karlowicz, Faustas Latėnas, Romuald Twardowski, Vidmantas Bartulis, Wojciech Kilar.
