The Easter period is a particular time when everyone is facing the message of spring and rebirth. Before looking forward to the holiday, we are invited to think about our lives, aspirations, and hopes, purify our thoughts, free our minds from everyday worries, calm down, go quiet, and listen.
On this particular waiting occasion, The St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra invites you to hear works by the three Baltic composers Vidmantas Bartulis, Peter Vasks, and Arvo Pärt for chamber orchestra and mixed choir. Three composers, three approaches, one theme – meaningful waiting for the awakening of the spirit.
