ABOUT THE COMPETITION
In 2025, the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra presented the 4th International St. Christopher Composer Competition. The aims of the competition are to discover talented music creators, establish creative connections with them, contribute to the successful careers of young composers by professionally performing their music, initiate the creation of new works for chamber orchestra, and promote their dissemination.
The works of the competition finalists were performed by the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra on October 11, 2025, at the official laureates’ concert of the International St. Christopher Composer Competition, held at the Energy and Technology Museum. The concert was filmed and will be published on the orchestra’s YouTube channel. The winning works are also being performed in the orchestra’s 2025–2026 concert season.
