On the evening of 12 November, St. Catherine’s Church will bring together some of Lithuania’s finest chamber musicians – the internationally acclaimed piano trio FortVio and the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra.
For nearly two decades, FortVio has captivated audiences with its exceptional musical sensitivity, impeccable technique, and remarkable ensemble artistry. A member of the European Chamber Music Academy (ECMA), the trio is an award winner of prestigious international competitions and a recipient of the Lithuanian Government Prize for Culture and Arts. Pianist Indrė Baikštytė, violinist Ingrida Rupaitė-Petrikienė, and cellist Povilas Jacunskas transform every performance into an intimate musical journey where technical brilliance meets profound emotional expression.
For this special concert, FortVio will join forces with the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra, whose rich and colourful string sound will add new dimensions to the programme. Together, they will invite audiences into the inspiring world of chamber music—a world of elegance, vitality, and compelling musical dialogue.
