2025. March 28. 7:00 PM. St. Catherine’s Church (Vilniaus st. 30, Vilnius)
About the Event
After a long break from the Lithuanian stage, professional vocalist Simona Jakubėnaitė returns under her stage name SIMONA, inviting you to experience the music from her album “Her Light” on March 28, accompanied by the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra.
Under the arches of St. Catherine’s Church, the grandeur of the orchestra, SIMONA’s masterful vocals, and emotionally rich compositions from the album will create a deeply moving evening. The orchestra is conducted by Modestas Barkauskas.
“I feel that today’s listener longs for authenticity and purity – the clean and vibrant sound of live instruments. Music that doesn’t need to be analyzed – you just dive into it, let yourself be carried away, feel the goosebumps, and let your body speak through emotion. All of this and more, I invite you to experience together on March 28,” – says SIMONA.
SIMONA’s new album “Her Light” is a reflection of the artist’s life – a deeply personal work that captures the fleeting nature of the moment, emotional states, life experiences, growth, and the journey of learning to love and feel everything around with the heart.
“I hope that everyone who joins me and the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra on this special night in March will truly feel and live through the album together. I believe my music will stir the deepest parts of us – where light resides,” – SIMONA invites you to be present on March 28.
